Terms & Conditions

⚠️ Template notice: This is a starting template and not legal advice. Before publishing, have a Dutch lawyer review these terms. Key fields marked with [BRACKETS] need to be completed with your actual business information.

Welcome to AI Woman. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website aiwoman.space and any workshops, events, or services we offer (together, the "Services"). By booking a workshop, using our website, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

AI Woman is a business registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91035368, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our full registered details are publicly available in the Dutch Handelsregister at kvk.nl. You can reach us at hello@aiwoman.space.

2. Services we provide

AI Woman offers in-person workshops, coworking sessions, consultation calls, and community access focused on practical AI tools and education for female founders and entrepreneurs. Specific workshop details (date, location, agenda, price, included materials) are published on our website and in booking confirmations.

3. Bookings and payment

4. Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by when you cancel, measured from the workshop start time:

In case of serious personal circumstances (illness, bereavement, emergency), please contact us directly — we will find a fair solution on a case-by-case basis.

If we cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumer)

Under Dutch law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because our workshops are scheduled leisure/educational services tied to a specific date (Article 6:230p BW), this right of withdrawal does not apply. Our refund policy above applies instead.

6. Your obligations as a participant

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All workshop materials (slide decks, worksheets, prompt libraries, cheat sheets, templates) are the property of AI Woman and are provided to participants for personal and business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish these materials without our written permission.

Whatever you build during the workshop using AI tools (automations, agents, prompts specific to your business) is entirely yours to keep and use.

8. Photos and content during workshops

We may take photos or short videos during workshops for our own marketing (website, LinkedIn, Instagram). If you do not wish to appear in any photo or video, please tell us at the start of the workshop — we will respect your preference. You can also withdraw consent later by emailing us.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide our Services with care and to the best of our knowledge, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue increases, time savings, automation quality) from attending a workshop. AI tools evolve rapidly and their output may contain errors — you remain responsible for reviewing and validating anything you build.

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability for any damages related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific workshop or service in question.

10. Force majeure

If we are unable to deliver a workshop due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (venue failure, illness of the facilitator, government restrictions, natural events), we will either reschedule or provide a full refund. We are not liable for consequential costs (travel, accommodation, lost time).

11. Privacy and data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that booking. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing participants.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith dialogue between you and us. If we cannot reach agreement, the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has exclusive jurisdiction — unless mandatory consumer protection rules grant you the right to your local court.

14. Contact
